Children Needing Partners

To partner with a child, visit the Partnership Page to download the brochure with the partnership form. When you send the Partnership Form in, include a child's name and ID in your partnership request (e.g. Susan, 029A03). If that child hasn't already been partnered, we'll match you up. If they have, we'll contact you to see if you wish to select a different child to partner with.
